The Hippocratic Oath

Over thirty years ago, I took an oath when I became a medical doctor. I swore to practice medicine honestly and to prescribe regimens for the good of my patients. This blog is a result of that promise.

Since taking that Hippocratic Oath, I’ve learned more than I could have ever imagined. I was a traditionalist in my medical practice for the first thirty years. What that means is that I practiced medicine the way I had been trained – the traditional way. I prescribed synthetic hormones to hundreds of women. And I treated hundreds of men, telling them that their sexual problems were just a symptom of getting old. It was rare for me to check a man’s testosterone was “doping” and was something that reputable doctors did not do. Although I acted within the realm of the knowledge I had learned in medical school, I was wrong.

Today, I would approach their treatment differently – drastically different. I have come to understand that hormones are essential. They are absolutely critical to our health. They are the body’s life force, necessary for the proper functioning of every cell.

But what kind of hormone therapy is best?

My passion has always been to do everything within my power as a physician to care for those who place their trust in me. That is why I was compelled to write this book. It is filled with information pharmaceutical companies do not want you to know. To withhold this information would be gross negligence at best: at worst, it would deprive people who suffer needlessly a chance at improved quality of life.

The Life-Saving TRUTH about Bio-Identical Hormones
