Restorative Health maintains certain information related to your health, as is reasonably necessary to administer our operations. Information related to healthcare treatment is maintained separately from the information gathered prior to becoming a patient at Restorative Health.

They are designed to provide relevant information to help you make an informed decision regarding whether to visit a Restorative Health clinic to learn more about what medical interventions might be appropriate.
Restorative Health takes steps to clearly identify each tool as a non-medical / non-diagnostics application.
